Terms and Conditions Please read the information on postal costs including insurance cover and damage. Postage Information POSTAL COSTS, DAMAGE AND REFUNDS UK Postal prices are based on the value of the pot relating to insurance offered by the Royal Mail. If you prefer a different class of postage I will get a quote for you. Please email artisstics@ntlworld.com with your requirements. SECOND CLASS MAIL Pots up to the value of £10.00 will be sent second class on the understanding that I can not give a guarentee of delivery or of refund for damage. (see notes below) RECORDED DELIVERY Pots between the value of £11.00 > £36.00 will be sent recorded delivery on the understanding there will be a guarentee of delivery and of refund for damage. (see notes below) SPECIAL DELIVERY Pots between the value of £37.00 > £500.00 + will be sent special delivery on the understanding there will be a guarentee of delivery and of refund for damage. (see notes below) DAMAGE All pots will be packed according to Royal Mail guidelines and should therefore be eligible for a refund from the Royal Mail. In the event of damge please send photos to me and also keep all the packaging as the Royal Mail require proof of packing. We want to keep our customers happy so we will do our best to achieve this. Refunds will be given for valid reasons for wishing to return the pot when notified within 10 days of purchase. If anyone would like to use high resolution photographs of the pots, please apply for copyright conditions and fees. | |||
